 Politics Several agreements to be signed during Erdogan's visit to Azerbaijan

The program of Turkish Prime Minister Erdogan’s visit to Azerbaijan is scheduled, said Chief of Public Policy Department of the Presidential Administration of Azerbaijan Ali Hasanov.
     “Of course, different issues will be discussed between the two countries during this visit and different agreements will be signed. But I can not give details about these agreements”, said Hasanov.

Azerbaijani ministry of emergency situations gets two Ka-32A helicopters


Russian Helicopter holding company "Russian helicopters" delivered the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations two medium-sized multi-purpose helicopters Ka-32A, manufactured by JSC "Kumertau Aviation Production Enterprise", a statement posted on the website of the holding said.
     The contract was signed in 2008. Final handover of two Ka-32A helicopters took place May 1. Demonstration flights were made for the representatives of the Azerbaijani Ministry of Emergency Situations May 8.
      Russian helicopter with coaxial (twin-screw) propeller rotation scheme Ka-32A, designed by Kamov Company within the holding company "Russian helicopters", has a wide range of applications. It transports people and cargo, performs construction operations and installation work, fire, rescue, and patrol operations. Ka-32A has the necessary additional equipment, which is installed in accordance with a variant of the helicopter.
      In autumn 2009 Ka-32A modification - helicopter Ka-32A11BC was certified for flight in the EU countries. It has received EASA IM.R.133 certification, which allows the operator to commercially exploit the helicopter.
    Helicopters Ka-32A are equipped with two TV3-117VMA engines, the maximum speed is 260 km / h, cruising speed - 230 km / h, the maximum mass carried on an external sling - 5,000 kg, the total number of seats in the cabin of transport - 13, a helicopter crew consists of 1-2 pilots.
